The condominium that my company just built is called Adelicia. http://www.theadelicia.com/ It is a beautiful building. Tonight was the special "Opening Celebration" of the new restaurant located in the base of the Adelicia, called, miro district FOOD & DRINK. www.mirofoodanddrink.com Stephen and I were lucky enough to be invited and of course we went!! It was wonderful! The food was excellent - thanks to part owner and chef Dean Robb as well as Nathan Lindley and Jerry Brown. All three I have worked with over the past few months and find to be very nice gentlemen and great at what they do. Entrepreneur Jerry Brown's Hospitality Development Group opened miro district (pronounced like "MEE - row") as well as the well known Watermark down in the Gulch! We loved the food we had tonight and cannot wait to go back for a quiet, sit-down, dinner one night!!
