Their first night at their new home brought them a new bed - which they LOVE - each one got their own food/water dish - however they prefer to share one at the time...doesn't matter which one...just that they share - they also got their own litter box - although we've only set one out so far since until I was leaving this morning they hadn't figured out its purpose - a pooper scooper, a scratching post - which they didn't care anything about last night but loved it this morning - and some little balls to play with but we haven't given them to them yet.
They have an appointment tonight to meet with a veterinarian to have them checked out and give them their shots - equally importantly - find out what sex they are...
After we find out what sex they are, we have to pick out names..."the yellow one" and "the dark one" is just getting sad...they need names.
It was very apparent last night that they were IN LOVE WITH Stephen - probably because he rescued them from having to live in the manhole and because he played with them and loved on them in his office yesterday afternoon...but they warmed up to me last night and especially this morning...they were BEGGING for attention this morning and it was sad cause we had to get ready for work and leave them!
They love to curl up with each other in this little bed and sleep! Apparently we did a great job picking out their bed!
This morning they figured out the scratching post and had fun play with and around it...see the last post which has a video of them playing this morning!
GREAT NEWS!!!! The yellow one used the litter box this morning!!! I assume if one has figured it out that the other will get the idea also!! So hopefully that is taken care of!!!

They are so cute! Y'all make me have a slight urge for one. :) That says a lot since I am not a cat person. ;)
